UNIDIRECTIONAL
CARBON FIBER TAPE
FOR EASY HAND LAMINATION

Advantages of Unidry:

1. All filaments are sufficiently strained, therefore the final product have a good physical-mechanical properties.

2. All split filaments are being removed.

3. All filaments are strictly parallel, not twisted to the right or to the left.

4. Thickness over the whole fabric's width is constant.

5. Very precise weight of one square meter of the fabric.

6. Filaments are constrained by very thin (76dtex) polyester net (2,5 g/m2).

7. The surface of filaments are smooth, therefore Unidry ribbon is very handy to process.

8. Unidry ribbon of 22 cm width could be divided into 2-3 parts (with gaps between).

9. Packed by four 5,5kg reels in box.

PREPREG

Advantages of Unipreg:

1. All filaments are sufficiently strained, therefore the final product have a good physical-mechanical properties.

2. There is no need of additional fabric or net to constrain the filaments. They are constrained only by binder.

3. All split filaments are being removed.

4. All filaments are strictly parallel, not twisted to the right or to the left.

5. Thickness of the prepreg over the whole fabric's width is constant.

6. Very precise weight of the material.

7. Content of the binder is regulated with accuracy to within 1%.

8. Prepreg is not compressed winded on a reel of 400mm diameter, because an increment of diameter is taken into consideration.

9. Silicon paper, used to separate layers of the ribbon, is not coated but impregnated with silicon.

10. Prepreg is impregnated with binder all through the thickness.

11. Packed by one 14-15kg reel in box.
